“ Flying in, or in the local area, this restaurant serves great food. The brussel sprouts are over the top, and the mahimahi is tasty. They have grilled or traditional fried fish tacos, hamburgers and pasta dishes. Ive eaten here three times and have been impressed each time. ”

“ I went in on a busy Sunday afternoon. We were immediately seated, ordered and served drinks. It took about 30 minutes for food to come this visit, but most days it comes out very quickly. On busy days, just enjoy the ambiance, view, music, and drinks. Who doesnt like watching the planes come and go? Food was delicious. Drinks tasty. Friendly service from everyone. Relaxing environment. Definitely a mustgo if youre bored of strip mall restaurants and chains. The view is nice. The prices are also very reasonable. All around fun experience. ”

“ A recent remote control airplane mishap inspired this visit to The Landings. Located at the McClellan Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, it provides a nice selection of indooroutdoor dining with a pretty decent sight line of the planes taking off and landing. Although the primary draw for our Review Team was the atmosphere, we had to admit that the food served was also good. carlsbadlandings will be directly in front of you as you come through the main airport entrance, but be sure to park to the left of the restaurant. There is plenty of free parking on that side that will help you avoid a parking ticket or the towing of your vehicle. It is not uncommon for outdoor live entertainment to be offered on weekend evenings, so be sure to check on that in advance. And thats...Henrys Take. henrystake ”
